The fine print
To assist you make your stay at The Grange a memorable experience, we would like to provide the following
information:
Access
We are in a unique environment. There is no road access, local shops or services to the property. You must have
boat access to the public jetty in front of the property.
Local boat hire or charter are available in Paynesville which
is across the Gippsland Lake.
Due to the nature of the property, disabled access is limited.
Please contact us to discuss any access concerns you may have.
Services
We use a totally green energy solar power system (with back up generator) to handle your power needs.
We provide fresh rainwater for drinking and bottled gas for cooking.
Linen and towels are provided.
Booking conditions
A deposit of 25% of the total is required when securing a booking with balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation fees apply.
Minimum stay 5 nights and discounts apply for stays longer than 7 nights.
We accept Direct Bank Deposit (preferred) or cheque.
Please note that we do not allow smoking.
Sorry, we do not accept pets.
