Configured into three distinct living spaces, The Grange House is linked by a central courtyard and immense sweeping verandas, which flow around the house.

The Main House

The original home is located overlooking the lake.

It was recently totally renovated with polished timber floors throughout. 

There is one queen bedroom overlooking the lake, with its own bathroom. 

The sitting room is a quiet place to relax, with a wood burning open fireplace with a Jetmaster for the cooler months.

The sitting room seats 5 and includes a small open fireplace and separate office with Internet connection. 

The living/dining area is another space with dining table seating 16 people and includes a fully equipped commercial quality stainless steel kitchen, scullery with dishwasher and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. A true 'cooks kitchen'.

The side veranda outdoor table seats 10 which is ideal for breakfast in the sun.

There is an outdoor area with fireplace for separate entertaining.

The Courtyard House

The range of bedroom accommodation will suit any group need, consisting of 6 bedrooms, sleeping 16 people. These rooms comprise of:

  • 2 bunk rooms with 4 beds in each
  • 1 Kingsize bedroom
  • 1 room with 2 singles
  • 2 Queen size bedrooms

There is a kitchen with gas stove and fridge has bench seating and ample bench space for smaller catering.

There are 2 bathrooms with baths, separate toilets and a basic laundry.

The lounge features a wood fire with stacked wood, a billiard table and library and has 2 large sofas for lounging.

 
   

Fishermans Retreat

Overlooking the lake, the 'Fishermans Retreat' is ideal for parents and baby or grandparents who prefer a little quietude, and is positioned apart from the other bedrooms.  

Furnished with a Queen size bed and single bed and bathroom.

Outdoor living

In addition to the large veranda spaces and outdoor entertainment area, The Grange has a swimming pool and small children's play area.

The Grange is just a short walk to the secluded 90 Mile Beach, where you can swim in the surf or pools.  Also enjoy bird watching, bush walking and general relaxing almost at your doorstep.
